2015광주유니버시아드대회 세계 대학생 LTE 방송국 Uni-Bro(주간 정철) 대학생 기자들이 전하는 광주U대회 소식이 모바일과 인터넷으로실시간 방송되고 있다.

글로벌미디어센터 유니브로는 광주U대회 소식을 대학생의 눈높이로 취재해 매일 오전 10시 30분부터 저녁 8시까지 유니브로 홈페이지 www.uni-bro.com과 유튜브 채널(www.youtube.com/c/UnibroGMC), 모바일 ‘유니브로’ 어플을 통해 전 세계로 전하고 있다.
Global Media Center's ‘Uni-Bro’ is presenting a student's eye is on the Gwangju Universiade to other students all around the on Uni-Bro the homepage www.uni-bro.com, its Youtube channel(www.youtube.com/c/UnibroGMC), and its mobile ’Uni-Bro’ application.
곳곳에서 펼쳐지는 대회 경기 소식은 물론 전 세계 선수들의 비하인드 스토리, U대회에 임하는 광주시민들의 이야기와 선수들이 고국으로 보내는 영상편지 등 다양한 소식을 생생하게 전한다.
They deliver a variety of news stories about athletes and residents as well as informing viewers about interesting competitions and offering behind-the-scene stories about athletes.
또 매일 오후 5시 또는 저녁 7시에는 U대회를 기념하기 위해 마련된 각종 문화행사 및 빅매치 경기 현장을 LTE 중계 서비스를 통해 생생하게 전한다.
Also they cover various cultural events that have been arranged to celebrate the Universiade and big matches via the LTE transmission service between 5 PM to 7 PM.
특히 KBS 글로벌센터와 협약을 통해 모바일 ‘My K'를 통해서도 유니브로 대학생 기자들이 취재한 현장 뉴스와 영상을 전 세계로 송출한다. 또 이번 대회 주관방송사인 KBS의 방송 영상을 제공받아 풍성하고 다양한 방송 콘텐츠를 생산한다.
Through an agreement with KBS Global Center, their news and video material is transmitted globally by the mobile ‘My K’ application. In addition they produce various pieces of broadcast content with videos provided by KBS, the host broadcaster.
사상 최초로 시도되는 세계 대학생 LTE 방송국 유니브로는 주경기장인 광주월드컵경기장 북문 옆 마켓스트리트에 건립돼 호남대 통합뉴스센터 학생기자들을 주축으로 미국 유타대, 중국 산동관리대, 이화여대, 울산대, 한양대, 전남대 등 국내외 7개 대학 학생기자와 방송국원 등 60여명이 광주 U대회의 다양한 현장 뉴스와 영상을 전 세계로 전하고 있다.
Uni-Bro, the first global university LTE-line broadcasting station, is established on Market street next to the north gate of Gwangju World Cup Stadium. Student reporters and staff of broadcasting stations from Honam University Media Center and 6 other world universities including the University of Utah, China Shandong University, the University of Ulsan, Hanyang University, and Chonnam National University are joining to deliver Gwangju Universiade news and videos throughout the world.
